by the Regional Science Association International, the Israeli Section.

The prize has been awarded for an outstanding research paper in Regional Science written by a young scholar. The research paper is entitled as:

"Climatic Differences among US States and Land-to-Structure Elasticity

of Substitution: Empirical Evidence from a new FHA Sample"
